A recent survey reveals that 92% of restaurant owners, in the next few years or sooner, will face a serious shortage of specialized personnel.  At GFS Montreal we also need to prepare for this same reality and have put in place different hiring practices and personnel retention programs that will allow us to continue to serve you with the excellence in service you deserve.

Prior to hiring, the candidates are submitted to different aptitude tests in order to better determine which job is best suited for them and where they would be most useful to the company.  Also, in an effort to further stimulate our employees and promote excellence, we offer performance bonuses for all positions.
